Catch Ride is a private platform for verified trainers to quickly see horse availability at shows and connect with vetted industry vendors—braiders, grooms, clipping, bodywork, shipping, and more—in one place. Built for the real pace of the show circuit, Catch Ride is designed to reduce back-and-forth, last-minute scrambling, and missed opportunities—so you can move faster, with more confidence, when it matters.

Catch Ride is a private, professional infrastructure tool built specifically for the equestrian industry. It provides trainers and vetted service providers with a structured, reliable way to coordinate horses, services, and availability in real time — without interfering in transactions or existing working relationships. Your Questions, Answered

Catch Ride is built exclusively for equestrian professionals, including:

  • Trainers managing horses for sale or lease and coordinating services while traveling

  • Vendors such as braiders, grooms, bodyworkers, transporters, farriers, and other service providers working across shows and locations

  • Barn Managers operating as assistants under trainer accounts with permission-based access

The platform is intentionally closed to unverified or public users to maintain professionalism, accuracy, and trust.

Who is Catch Ride for?

What problem does this solve?

In today’s social-driven landscape, selling or leasing a horse can require dozens of messages just to get basic information. Details are often intentionally limited to drive engagement, availability shifts quickly, and finding reliable vendors in a new area adds even more work.

Catch Ride streamlines the process by showing real-time availability upfront and connecting trainers with trusted vendors in one place—cutting the noise, the back-and-forth, and the effort required to get things done.

Catch Ride is built for trusted equestrian professionals. Trainers must be active USEF professionals in good standing and are required to submit both trainer and vendor references. Vendors apply by service type and are also required to submit both trainer and vendor references, with additional application requirements depending on the services offered. All accounts are reviewed before approval, and Catch Ride reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that misrepresent credentials or availability or fail to meet community standards.

How does vetting and verification work?

Catch Ride is intentionally built as a professional infrastructure tool, not a transaction platform. To protect both trainers and vendors:

  • We do not process payments for horse sales or leases

  • We do not process payments for vendor services

  • We do not take commissions or interfere in financial agreements

  • We do not manage client relationships or scheduling on behalf of trainers or vendors

  • We do not allow unverified or public users on the platform

What we Do Not Do

Pricing Approach

Catch Ride is built as a subscription-based professional infrastructure tool — not a commission-based platform.

Phase I of the platform is focused on onboarding, feedback, and refinement. During this phase, access will be free. Early users may be eligible for founding access benefits, which could include preferred pricing, priority onboarding, and early feature access as the platform evolves.

In later phases, pricing is expected to be based on simple, predictable subscriptions by account type, with optional upgrades for enhanced visibility or tools.

Why Catch Ride?

The equestrian industry has relied on public websites, Facebook groups, and informal listings to connect professionals — but these tools consistently fall short because they aren’t built around real-time availability, verification, or the fluid, mobile way trainers and vendors actually work. Schedules change, professionals travel constantly, and availability is rarely static, yet most platforms are rigid, public, and disconnected from day-to-day operations.

Catch Ride was built as a private, professional infrastructure tool designed to support flexible scheduling, real-time coordination, and trusted professional-to-professional access — reflecting how the horse world truly functions.

In that sense, it operates more like the relationship between Zillow and MLS: public platforms show what’s broadly visible, while shared professional infrastructure provides the accuracy, structure, and adaptability professionals actually rely on — without interfering in transactions or existing working relationships.

Catch Ride is currently in development, and we’re inviting a limited number of trainers and vetted vendors into early access for the demo and initial release. If you want to be considered, fill out the form below—tell us your discipline and primary circuit so we can tailor early access.
